Series 2: Caliber ≥ DN1600, wrapped and formed, generally a direct buried pipe, can be customized as an underground crossing pipe according to project requirements, with a pressure rating of 0.6-1.6MPa.
The product is mainly composed of high-density polyethylene PE100 grade raw materials and carbon spring steel wire. The strength of carbon spring steel wire can reach 2200MPa, and the strength of polyethylene can reach 18MPa.
Polyethylene mainly plays a role in encapsulation. Polyethylene has the advantages of high corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cracking resistance, fatigue resistance, aging resistance, and no scaling. It is closely combined with steel wire, and the two are rigid and flexible, forming a structure where plastic tightly wraps around the steel wire. The number of layers of steel wire can reach up to 4, providing high resistance to internal and external pressure, namely high ring stiffness and high pressure rating. Therefore, it is suitable for underground crossing projects and direct burial projects.
